Julia and Blake had one child, William Wirt Woodson (known as Wirt; b. 1831 d. 1875), who was Stonewall Jackson's half-brother.) Julia died less than 2 months after giving birth to Wirt.

Yes, we are all related. The Bible says from Adam, atheists say from primordial slime. As for incest, do keep in mind it wasn't taboo, for them, nor was it forbidden until Leviticus 18:6–18.

I have yet to find anyone famous (or infamous) in my ancestry research, yet, although we have reason to believe Elvis is a cousin of ours, somehow, as we are Presleys and Elvis was known to my great-great-grandma.

This somehow reminds me of collecting something like baseball cards (or similar things) and then showing them off in school to feel better than the other kids. It's almost like being proud of being born in a specific country, but I guess religious people could argument that it was god's (Odin's, Manitou's, whatever's) will that I was born in a rich country and that prick over there was born in some poor country, and he/she has deserved it.

The only thing that counts it what you do and your actions.
