Rank structure will be per regulation and at my discretion. Officer and NCO ranks to be filled are as follows:
Captain - Shannon Crapps
1st Lieutenant -
2nd Lieutenant -
1st Sergeant -
Sergeants (4) -
Corporals (8) -
These ranks will be filled according to my assessment of qualifications. They are not first come, first served. Corporals and Sergeants will be placed as the company grows.
We will have room for 84-100 Privates as well. If you want to enjoy the game without much responsibility, then Private is the perfect rank for you. As I am also involved with another company, my 1st Lieutenant will likely shoulder a great deal of responsibility for the company, often taking command in game and running company drills. Updates to organization, roster, duties, etc will be posted here for now until a Steam page is completed. This is an English speaking company based in North America. All English speakers are welcome.
