Cartridge loading issue

Found this issue last night when at the range, stance or movement speed did not have an effect. This persisted until I quit and rejoined the server.

This bug is based on the Enfield rifle.
If you choose the 20th Maine (they have the Enfields), you will get that cartridge animation bug.
