Good luck from the 66th! May I ask how you are going your uniform of your company will be impacted as you need to be a minimum Lt. Colonel to get the 79th uniform?

It won't be. By the time of the Maryland Campaign the 79th had been issued with the standard blue uniform of the union army. The famous tartan trews they are often shown wearing were from the battle of First Manassas. Th pledge rank for Lt.Col. is the only non-historical uniform I believe in the whole game.

Also it's a Captain that leads a Company, not a Lieutenant Colonel.

You're not aloud to form Regiments mate, only Companies, thus why you're being told to downgrade to a Captain form Lieutenant Colonel, because you'll be unable to be one.
