can no longer get into the game

i have rebooted the game. i have deleted and reinstalled the game and i have rerebooted

when i press play the play button gets stuck halfway and nothing happens, if i click a couple times it says not responding.

i am using Windows 7 premium home.

When I hadnt gotten a response I asked Hinkel and he said to try uninstalling it better and reinstalling
