You are Deserting! Spawning issue.

When playing for the first time today, I accidentally hit F2, the re-spawn button. Expecting to just be brought back to camp. I instead was brought back with the "YOU ARE DESERTING, YOU WILL BE EXECUTED IN...!" for no reason. I didn't expect that, and haven't seen it on this section of the forum. Hopefully that helps.
P.S: To fix the issue I just spawned again with F2, but it took a few try's to get that to work.

No, it spawned me in the camp, I could see the tents and move around inside the camp.
