Found this guys. Not sure if its been reported yet.
You'll get the idea a few seconds into the vid, but watch from like 1:35 to the end, the last bag on the right it happens to longest.

I've had this happen, but most of the times the bags don't react with the melee.

Yea, its probably difficult to tell from the video, but there really is no sound produced when you see the black smoke. But once you kinda lose the ability to melee the target, you no longer get the black smoke with each button press. It resets if you go out and back into melee mode (v button). That's why some of the bags I hit quite a few times in succession but then other bags I might get 2 or 3 puffs of smoke. And that's why you see me going in and out of melee mode so often, is to reset the ability to get a reaction of black smoke by hitting the left mouse. OH, and I'm guessing if you viewed the video, you realized I had no bayonet fixed.
