lol. I open a new tab to check out the forum news. The only time I ignore the field reports. Scrolls down to see how many people are on. 50. I look at the news sub forum. 25 people are looking. Check out the latest post. See that is says 29th field report. I immediately click on War of Rights on the top and then read the field report. Nice job guys!

"1st Louisiana
Also known as Wheat’s Tigers, this regiment of Zouaves was formed from the roughest of New Orleans society, and even their own officers had trouble controlling them. Off the battlefield, they often took to drinking and roughhousing, so much so that one Confederate wrote of them that “They neither fear God, man or the Devil.” Despite their leisurely proclivities, the Tigers were unstoppable on the battlefield, though taking heavy losses in doing so. The 500 men that began with the battalion were reduced to less than 100 when they were reorganised into several Louisiana units in August of 1862."

the regiment in game is (or should be) 1st Louisiana Zouave Battalion, They were never known as "Wheats Tigers", Considering they were never commanded by Wheat, However Wheats Tigers were merged into the 1st Louisiana Zouave Battalion after Gaines Mill prior to the Maryland Campaign because Wheat was killed, They reorganized into multiple regiments after the Maryland Campaign due to losses as you say. The majority of people in the 1st Louisiana Battalion were Coppens Zouaves so im kinda sad they don't seem to be noticed.

But I assume by the time the game is fully out this will be fixed anyway so im not to bothered right now. And I mean their was 60 tigers put into the 1st Louisiana Zouave Battalion (ps the Zouave Battalion was not known as Tigers until after Gettysburg they were known just as the Zouave Battalion and "Jeff Davis' Pet Wolves") and both company's made of the Zouave Battalion when put together have less than 60 people (I think) so at the moment it is kinda accurate.

and im sorry for this im just trying to help but seems like im picking at things :P And I know you are probably fed up with me and Legion carrying on about the Tigers so sorry :P

I love the way you guys (the devs) are approaching the development of this game, and it's not hard to see that you're passionate about the game's subject - which is not a given in today's gaming industry. Very nice and informative development updates too, by the way!

There were an issue with an email that crashed the entire email sending procedure after it had already sent about 450 steam keys. It is mostly the majors that havent recieved their steam keys, but I cant be entirely certain a few captains is not also missing their keys. So I decided to resend the steam keys to all of the backers again. So even if you have already recieved your steam key. Expect to recieve the same one again. It does take some time for the server to send out roughly 900 emails. So it might be 1-2 hours before you recieve your key.

I'm half tempted to say that seeing the number of people who have successfully installed and run the game, that this doesn't appear to be a game issue, but rather I think, and again I'm sorry, but this is your hardware issue, not the software.

When was the last time you tried cleaning and updating your system? (meaning your O.S. and other Microsoft required softwares)

Well from past games and experiences the Union has had better weapons and cannons. It might not be the case in this game but I hope they aren't too overpowered to the point where you stand no chance.

I wouldn't say the union had better weapons, not during the Maryland campaign at least. They did have better made ammunition for their cannons and they did have more rifled cannons.

During this point in the war the north wasn't really superior to the south in any way besides number of men.
