Graphics Settings Don't Save

The title says it all.

When I relaunched the game my old graphics settings weren't saved.

I had to enable/disable fullscreen mode when applying the settings for it to stick.

Vsync is bugged though and flat out doesn't work.

I can confirm this. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
