Designer Warning bug.

Whilst playing tonight I encountered this gem of a bug and have no clue what brought it on but I can honestly say it wasn't me.

Yep, it's a known issue.

I've updated the spawnpoint positions throughout the last couple of updates but that doesn't seem to be the cause of the problem. We'll investigate further.
