How to change sides?

Hello,
I was going to join a company but when it asked me to pick a flag i chose the wrong one like an idiot... It won't let me go back so how do I change to sides before I fill in all my characters details? Or can i just fill in the details and change the sides later?

You can always change your details later so if you want to switch sides quick, fill in the details then on your profile, click on "Desert to the ...."

Ah yes, thank you. I've included the switching sides in my back story for a bit of fun! Haha. Followed this game for nearly 2 years now but decided to back it today because I think I've seen enough to ensure my money won't be wasted.
