Today is a black day, Today marks the day an Unofficial Company run by a leader yet to prove his meddle has earned the right to Company A. It frustrates me beyond belief to know that I worked hard to set everything up on Co.A to have it torn down by this Commander wannabe. But with this I press on. Currently the 8th OVI Co.C is in open Enlistment and will remain that way until i see it that we can accept no more free volunteers or until we cannot fill the Company any larger. The following is planned, during the games release and on the weekends I will be trying to host training sessions to both discipline soldiers in Command and co-ordination. They will know what and what not to do in certain enviroments of the conflicts that they would engage in. If not I than 1 of my Officers. I am still keeping the Company as an Assault Company, push with Skirmish behavior and fight as Line Infantry. If you wish to no more about the Company then go to here: http://groves8thovi.weebly.com/the-history.html

Hey man best of luck! just try to keep the anger out of it! it ruins and festers in regiments and it can tear them down in an instant. So just look forward, take a knee, drink some water, and carry on!

Keep on rolli'n!

Aye Captain, you've put in your work and you weren't treated for the hardwork you've done. However as a Company Leader, twist and turns will be thrown at you. By choosing to be one you must accept the negatives for all the benefits. My only advice to you is as a leader you dont have the luxury to be 'angry' at people I've learnt, that's for the enlisted men as they aren't in a role where the actual leader reflects more deeply the company compared to the enlisted.

That's just some advice I would of appreciated when I first began clan type of things many moons ago. I also suggest you just try to recruit mate, that's the only way you're going to be able to reserve your company for your hardwork.

It is unfortunate that this has happened to you Dallas, especially with such a niche company choice. This situation is not new however; it happened to my own group (whom were set on the 19th Virginia Co.A), despite a supposed "Gentlemen's" accord with the other party it was poached right beneath our noses on launch evening! Alas, I bitterly regret the time wasted in parlay with the other party but moved on happily enough - it is a poor show of character on their accord, not yours. I can only advise, as you have already done, to simply choose an alternative company and to continue onwards with the bettermen of your own fellows in mind.

Best of luck and warmest regards Dallas, I look forward to seeing you upon the field!
