Forum connected with my buy ?

sorry for my bad english at first.

I have buy the captain-pack and then registered seperated here in the forum.

What i do wrong ?
my forum acc is not connected with my buy ... or is that normaly ?

If that not normal ... what can i do now ?

again ... sorry for my englisch :(
