Steam is down. I didn't look into it much, I decided to uninstall steam and reinstall it not knowing that it would uninstall all of my games. I should be a bit more careful next time...

Yeah I was having the same issues glad it was the servers and not me. That sucks it uninstalled all your games

I did. not this time but before when I did the same exact thing it got uninstalled and I was livid lol.
