When i go to join a Server It loads and then goes Black Screen then says DXIG_ERROR_HUNG something like that please help

Like I said, you have a graphic card, which isn't supporting Direct X 11.

You have an onboard graphic card 4000 you said, which can't handle WoR.

Time for an upgrade mate. With that you are going to have a very hard time running anything.
