View Full Version : Suggestions to recruit?

Trying to find new ways to recruit for my company. Here's what we currently do... What do you guys suggest?

1. Use War of Rights Forums

2. We recruit through Napoleanic War servers... (Before anyone flips out, we use Mount & Blade as a way to train while we wait for skirmish's here in WoR.)

Try to have guys on the Alpha a lot. You'll get a lot of guys with access that way as well as numbers. Since they have access they're probably serious players, so bonus. Don't be afraid to ask if someone is interested. I was very reserved when I first got WoR, it was my first online gaming interaction as I never had a good enough computer til last year. I finally broke through that barrier and I was amazed how many people get interested just by talking to them.

You can use freelancers or upwork for recruit.
