As far as historians could look back, they could find no words well defined or poetic enough to describe the valorous band of men that was the 18th Mississippi.
No yankee could stand with his comrades on solid ground without it trembling below them as these southrons barreled towards them, looking for not only victory, but freedom.
Even as the desperate cries of their soon destitute country had fallen upon their ears, they could no longer wait to act; their motivation became clear.
In the name of liberty they fought, and in the name of their rights to life,liberty, and true pursuit of happiness, they won.
A force in the likeness of God's own wrath spilled out upon their foes, leaving little of this unit's own blood spilled in the wake of a fight.
They knew only one motto,knew only one cause, and they fulfilled their purpose, as by far one of the south's greatest units:
the 18th Mississippi Infantry Regiment - Company A.
Qualifications for Recruitment
Must be of the age of 16, rare exceptions are made.
Must be able to speak English.
Must be able to receive, understand, and execute commands/orders.
Must understand that no work, means no merit.
Must understand that activity is required here, you can't just join and go inactive.
