Skirmish Event - Hosted by the 66th NY Co. B & 38th North Carolina Co. K

Sunday 30th July - 20:00 BST/15:00 EDT.




This is currently a temporary, non-weekly event for next Friday, the 28th July at 20:00 BST/15:00 EDT.
It is a public event, and may be attended by any individuals or companies, though it would be more convenient if the company commanders contact myself prior.
The server will be decided on the day dependant on the availability.
Above all else, this is not necessarily a completely formal event, though is a chance for those who want to experience WOR battles in an organised fashion.




Rules:

Being a 'Rambo' will not be permitted, individuals who join will either be assigned to a unit, or may choose any preferred ones.
Company commanders may decide to lead their own troops, though this may or may not occur depending on the number of people attending.
Battle rules such as firing behind fences will be discussed on the day.

Update:

Server will be NA 2
Everyone in at around 7:30 BST and 2:30 EDT for pre-planning


Firing from cover (Fences, etc.) is allowed
People may leave spawn to join their line only with 4 or more people



Dependant on the numbers attending, there will be two platoons on each side:

The USA will be led by:

1st platoon: Cap. Trumbull
2nd platoon: TBD

2nd US uniform for the USA

The CSA will be led by :

1st platoon: Cap. Rawlings
2nd platoon: Cap. Cooper

1st VA uniform for the CSA

If numbers are lower than expected, there will be one line on each side.

Quite well in fact, the server was filled up and people obeyed the rules to a great extent, the Union was actually able to take the first map on Dunker Church and people stuck around afterwards as well.
