This time I joined the EU server and everything was fine except some unsharped wall textures. I will try it later again on NA server

Thanks for the report.

Could you please try deleting your user profile folder located in:

C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Saved Games

Starting the game should recompile the cloud shader. If after this you are still experiencing the issue please let me know. As a temporary solution you can disable clouds by typing r_VolumetricClouds 0 into the console.
