Forum Designers/Signature Designers

Hello, I once was able to do my own forums and such once upon a time in M&B regiments but haven't in a long time and forgot how to make them look nice after trying so many times. So I am looking if anyone is willing to help a fellow community member set up a forum for there company. As well as someone who can make signatures.
