Problem inserting image in forum post

I'm looking for some Forum posting help. I'm trying to post a recruitment poster, but each time I upload the image, it comes in thumbnail sized, not full sized. What am I doing wrong?

Can you place it on a online page Tumblr or something similar than you can place the link adress with the [img] code
