View Full Version : *List of Active regiments/companies in War of Rights*

Okay for the sake of fairness and not favoritism, regiments will be put on the active list as long as they meet these three conditions:
1. Have a forum page setup and are active on the forums here 2. Have a consolidated company of at least 10 different members on company tool and maintain it 3. Have at least 5 different players active in game at once on a monthly basis represented with tags(screenshot of in-game player tab)

If for some reason now or in the future they can't meet these requirements then they will be removed from the list until their active again and I will be updating the list on a weekly basis. *This is for the new and experienced players alike that are looking for the most part steadily active regiments* Below is a list I've compiled, if I missed you and you meet the two conditions then PM me here on the forum and I'll add you (you can have a max of three representatives for your regiment)

I would say if they have low active attendance though, as some of the units on that list only have a few people show up and are honestly far from active as they wait for beta.

May mean more work, but take tag attendance for the weekend and cut every company that fails to attend at least one of the five. Say goodbye to half that list, or more.

That sounds a bit rash. What about the companies that don't attend on weekends but rather Monday evening or Wednesday afternoons or companies on a brief break so as not to get burned out on the game, vacations, etc.?

On another not let's not work Warboy so hard as he's already done so much for the community with this and beyond this effort as well.

All suggestions are valuable. I just wanted to provide the opposite perspective for people/regiments who don't game consistently on weekends... myself included. I would hate for them to be taken off this list - which would help them recruit - for that reason.

Well I can say Warboy that I sadly dont have the time for that due to being bussy with II-Corps. Wich in some peoples eyes may look like not that mutch. However it requires more time then I expected when we started. And well, cobbs c doesnt allow every one in to. those who aply. Yes, effect the amount of members we have. But discluding units from the active list because they don'tshow in numbers is a bit well... meh I supose. Cobbs C is mainly bussy with the corps. It is represented in game each sunday for sure. I do the drill at that time, suporting other companies during the event. same count for other members that make it to the event. It depends on how you see activeness.

There was some misunderstanding about Co.F , I thought aswell that it was disbanded. However, it got pointed out to me it isn't. They still exist but manny of its members merged in with either 6thLA or 1stGA. And I believe Extracrispi is now the highest in rank within 11thMS Co.F. If not, I'm sure someone will correct me on this.

It doesn't seem right that someone notorious (https://warofrights.com/CT_ViewSoldier?soldierID=11933#companyToolHeader)f or creating and disbanding companies with Larson's umpteenths should be allowed to use multiple burner e-mail addresses to claim to an entire regiment in the Company Tool when he doesn't even have one of those companies mustered in at 10 and none of these people, or accounts, I should say, have an in-game presence except the self-promoting officer (Major, Colonel, General, whatever) himself.

I really hope that CG is going to hear the community and do something about the paper companies, fake companies, duplicate accounts, burner e-mails, etc.

Because what's the point of the company tool mustering function if I can just go make ten burner accounts to claim a company, lol. What's to stop 100 dedicated US boys with multiple accounts from claiming 1st GA or 6th LA or 1st Texas companies, just to deny those three units the opportunity to expand in the future?

You may use it for "administrative purposes," but I'd like the see burner accounts go the way of the Dodo for the reasons above. I'm sure you'd be able to find someone in each of your companies capable of owning the companies in your stead.

The other thing is he would have only formed one company. There are likely 7-9 companies left even if he's still holding that one.

I think the only way to view such is by your status of unenlisted looking to join a unit, or you've chosen to create a company.

The 3rd PHB showed fine in either of the above states.

If there are no units created it won't show in a list otherwise.

Tell your guys to have their tags on their name so people can see how much attendance there is, I have no way of telling how many show up when you have a rule that says they don't need tags. You say you've been active with the numbers...well prove it. I actually almost recruited two of your guys because I didn't know they were in your company, no tags, no previous tags one not even in the steam group lol. All I can say is tell your guys to start wearing their tags in game just like everyone else if not...then not my problem if I miss them.

Man, in-game name changing cannot come soon enough.
No worries Warboy, I understand the difficulty in tracking names. I'll endeavour to poke the lads in to havin' some pride for once. :p

Press ` (tilde) key to access the console and type:

Be sure to use quotes around the name or the text will be cut-off.

What do you think of fallout 76 so far? I've been reading alot of mixed/negative reviews

We all went into it expecting it to be nothing more or less than Fallout 4 with friends, and we're all happy with it. :D I quite enjoy it, myself.

Perhaps you already know this, but to change your name in-game:

Press ` (tilde) key to access the console and type:

name "[8th VA] Et Cetera"

Be sure to use quotes around the name or the text will be cut-off.

No problem, fellas.

There is one caveat:

Although your name will instantly change on the scoreboard and in chat, you must respawn for the new name to correctly appear over your character's head.

Hopefully, the developers will implement an easier way to change our in-game names in the future.

As SwingKid helpfully stated, we have at least ~12 Aussies in 1stCav, and we do dedicated events to accommodate Oceanic players.

@devs/moderators please delete/close this thread as I have no interest anymore in putting all the work into maintaining the list. My interest in war of rights has faltered over the last few months plus I need my free time for other 'REAL LIFE' responsibilities. I apologize upfront to anyone where this creates a problem but from here on out regiments will be responsible for themselves and do their own work in regards to recruiting/advertising, rank change updates etc. Thank you all for understanding ;)
