The Mid-Western Battalion is a group of friends and colleagues that work and have fun together. We aspire to create an environment of unity among company as we work together to form a well trained battalion fit for service. There are election for Major every two months. The Commanding officers of each company vote to see who the next Major will be. Every time a Company wishes to join the Battalion it will be put to a vote in which the officers of each company will come together in a meeting to see if they will be allowed in the battalion.
