I noticed that the rifle reloading animation and the sound of the reload are not syncing up for me after the recent update. The sound seems to play ahead of the reload animation. I restarted the game and tried it on multiple different servers to make sure that it was not an error on my end.

Yep you're right, just tested it.

It is definitely off while kneeling. I wasn't paying attention to reload while standing.

Yes it`s still OK in 3rd Person on Drill Grounds but it is off in 1st Person!

I've also tested this. I've found that the sound is off in 3rd person as well - you have to listen closely to it and the steps.
In first person view - the sound is way off, almost as if it's a few seconds off from the movements.
Another thing I noticed, while in first person view, the new Salute (Present Arms) while pressing P, allows you to press P again to go back to Shoulder Arms. However, in F4 (Inspection of Soldier mode) if you press P, it will go into Present Arms, but pressing P again, you will not be able to go back to the shoulder. I've tried multiple times, I get the same result. Looks like the P only works in First Person view.

Thank you for the report - we are aware of the sound sync issues - these happen quite easily as animations are changed up.
Present arms does work in third person (other players can see you perform the action). The inspection view is not the same as what other players see.
There is a huge amount of checks that need doing when adding a new emote - they will be ironed out in time.
