Abandoning just as you spawn

Several times already, while just starting a match that has been running for a while, I get the you're abandoning your team" message and the 15 seconds countdown, and died every time no matter what I tried. Spawned both on flag and at spawn.
It may have been just on the that army camp skirmish map (the one on the hill).
In one occasion, a flag was nearby, probably also respawned.

Maybe the timer could stop as long as your distance to a line/objective is decreasing.

As soldier, union, both were at battle ready status (at least this last time a few minutes ago)

Soldier? Our player classes are: private, NCO, Flag bearer and officer.

Are you talking about the big union camp at Bolivar Heights, the artillery redoubt also at Bolivar Heights or the small naval battery with a few tents on Maryland Heights?

Soldier, meaning private.
Uhm, no ideea what the name of that map is, it is a sort of redoubt union camp, groundworks and thorny bushes hedge on the right side, cannons interspaced (by the way, those cannonballs are the wrong calliber), continuing from uphill to downhill on the left..
