Removing the "Alert" should probably be the first stage. The removing the "Spoiler Alert" full stop when you give the spoiler a title. I looks nicer that way.

In the companies forum if there is a way to check existing formations posts before others attempt to duplicate existing organizations and prevent that individual from posting with a warning of existing organization, would be cool.
